About Primošten and surrounding area:

Primošten liegt in Mitteldalmatien ca. 60 Kilometer nördlich von Split und ca. 30 Kilometer südlich von Šibenik. Die einstige Insel ist heute durch eine Brücke mit dem Festland verbunden. Die Gemeinde besteht aus sechs Ortschaften und hat ca. 2000 Einwohner, wovon mehr als die Hälfte im Hauptort Primošten leben.
